【摘要】 目的评价肝转移瘤在螺旋CT平扫、肝动脉期和门静脉期(双期扫描)中病变检出的效果,分析病灶在双期扫描中的表现特点。方法33例肝转移瘤患者平扫后行全肝双期扫描,计算平扫、肝动脉期、门静脉期显示的病变数目,比较各时相病灶显示率的差异,观察病灶在双期扫描中的强化方式。结果33例共检出病灶156个,平扫显示76个,动脉期显示89个,门静脉期显示145个,门静脉期病灶显示率明显高于平扫和动脉期,而动脉期与平扫的病灶显示率无明显差异。动脉期51个病灶呈边缘环状强化,5个病灶均匀强化,门静脉期15个病灶仍表现边缘环状强化,其余所见病灶边缘与周围肝组织呈等密度,中央为低密度。结论螺旋CT门静脉期病灶显示率明显高于平扫和动脉期,但对病变的血供情况显示门静脉期不及动脉期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of dual-phase helical CT in the hepatic metastases detection,and to analyze the appearances of hepatic metastases in dual-phase helical CT.Methods:Dual-phase helical CT of the liver was done in33patients with metastases.The number of the detected lesions were statistically calculated and the pattern of enhancement were discuss.Results:The total of156lesions were found in33cases,76,89and145lesions were detected in noncontrast phases(NCP),hepatic arterial phase(HAP)and portal venous phase(PVP),repectively.The detective ratio of lesion in PVP was much higher than that in both NCP and HAP.51lesions with ring hyperdense and5lesions with homogenous hyperdense in HAP were showed.The lesions all demonstrated hypodense except15lesions which were ring hyperdense in PVP.Con-clusions:Compared with NCP and HAP,the PVP helical scanning can improve the detective ratio of hepatic metastases,but it is limited in investigating the blood supply of lesions.更多还原
