【摘要】 目的探讨胫骨平台骨折的治疗经验。方法通过对获得随访的32例胫骨平台骨折做回顾性总结分析。结果32例随访6~24个月,平均15个月。按照Hoh1[1]膝关节功能评价方法,优18例,良9例,可3例,差2例,优良率85%。结论对胫骨平台骨折不同程度的损伤采用不同的治疗方式,并发症的准确判断和正确有效的功能锻炼是减少致残率的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the treatment experience for the tibial plateau fractures. Methods: Among 32 cases of tibial plateau fractures, the treatment expierence had been reviewed. Results: 32 cases were followed up ranging from 6~24 months, with the average of 15 months. The exellent and good rate was 85% according to Holhl grading system.. Conclusions: The appropriate ways for the treatment of tibial plateau fractures should be performed according to the different injury degrees. Perfect diagnosis and early functional training are the key points for decreasing the rate of deformity.更多还原
