【摘要】 目的探讨甲状腺次全切除术对血清离子钙和磷的影响。方法25例甲状腺次全切除术患者分别于术前及术后第1天、1周、2周时测定血清离子钙和磷的浓度。结果术后第1天、1周及2周时血清离子钙和磷水平均无明显改变。8例术后有可疑低钙表现者术后第1天血清离子钙浓度较术前显著降低[(1.04±0.07)mmol/L vs( 1.13±0.12) mmol/L,P≈0.05],1周后恢复到术前水平,血磷无明显变化。结论甲状腺次全切除术对血清离子钙的影响轻微且短暂,对血磷无明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of thyroidectomy on serum ionized calcium(Ca 2+ )and phosphorus(P).Methods:Serum Ca 2+ and P concentrations were measured before,at the first day,the first,second weeks after thyroidectomy in25patients with thyroid disease.Results:The levels of serum Ca 2+ and P at all time points after thyroidectomy were not significantly different from those before the operation respec-tively.In8patients with suspicious hypocalcemia after thyroidectomy,their serum Ca 2+ concentrations at the first day after the operation were significantly lower than those before throidectomy[(1.04±0.07)mmol/L vs.(1.13±0.12)mmol/L,P≈0.05],and after1week,rose to level before the operation.Serum P levels did not change markedly during this study.Conclusions:These results show that the effects of thyroidectomy on serum Ca 2+ are slight and temporary,and the operation takes no significant effect on serum P.更多还原
