【摘要】 目的探讨肝移植治疗原发性肝癌的治疗效果及影响因素。方法对2001年4月~2004年1月间57例肝癌患者行肝移植术并进行随诊和观察。结果最短存活时间45d,最长存活已超过30个月(至今仍无瘤状态下存活)。结论不同期肝癌肝移植术后存活情况是完全不同的,肝移植治疗肝癌仍应严格选择病例,谨慎掌握其适应证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the therapautic efficacy and the influencing factors with liver transplanta-tion to primary liver cancer.Methods:To follow up the57liver cancer cases which had undergone liver transplantations between April2001to Jan.2004.Results:The minimal survival length was45days,the maximal survival length was30months(not recrudesce untill now).Conclusions:The prognosis of different stages of liver cancer undergone liver transplants was significan different.The recipients with liver cancer should be strictly selected for transplantation,the indications for liver transplantation with liver cancer should be handled properly.更多还原
