【摘要】 目的　探讨一层缝合法在高位及低位消化道吻合中的应用价值。方法　将一层缝合法应用于食管 -空肠吻合 2 9例 ,食管 -胃吻合 2 5例 ,结肠 -直肠吻合 12 6例 ,并观察其并发症发生率。结果　食管 -空肠吻合组吻合口瘘 1例 ,占 3.4 5 % ;食管 -胃吻合组吻合口瘘 1例 ,占 4 .0 0 % ;结肠 -直肠吻合组吻合口瘘 8例 ,占 6 .35 %。全组无明显吻合口狭窄。结论　一层缝合法应用于暴露困难的高位及低位消化道吻合 ,简化了操作 ,吻合口瘘或狭窄等并发症率较低。同时减少了胃底贲门癌开胸机会 ,提高了低位直肠癌的保肛率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study single-layer anastomosis used in elevation and low gastrointestinal tract anastomosis. Methods: Used Single- layer anastomosis me thod in 29 cases of esophagojejunostomy,25 cases of esophagogastrostomy,126 c ases of colorectostomy. And observed the complications rates of them. Re sults: There were 1 anastomotic leakages in esophagojejunostomy group( 3.45%), 1 anastomotic leakages in esophagogastrostomy group(4.00%),8 n astomotic leakages in colorectostomy group (6.35%). No anastomotic stenosis was found.Conclusions:Single-layer anastomosis used in elevation and low alimentary tract anastomosis which is difficult to esposure,the operation was simpler and complications were lower And reduced the chance of thoractomy i n esophagocardiac cancer and anal perservation rate in low rectal carcinoma was improved.更多还原
