【摘要】 目的　通过回顾性调查 ,探讨北海市白血病发病情况。方法　按FAB白血病诊断与分型标准。结果　从 18年在该院就诊和住院的患者 6 30 6 4 35人次中 ,初发并确诊的各类白血病 15 8例 ,发病率 2 .5 / 10 5与 1988年全国调查的各类白血病发病率 2 .6 2 / 10 5相近 ;各类白血病的构成比、性别、年龄以及各类白血病亚型分布等结果分析与全国、上海市等区域的调查分析结果也很近似。结论　该文样本量很大 ,可基本反映北海市白血病发病率的概况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the flare up of lukemia in Beihai by restrospective investigation. Methods: According to FAB diagnosis and typing standard.Results: Among 6306435 out-patients and in-patients in the past 18 years, intial diagnosis varieties of leukemia 158 cases. The morbidity rate is 2.5/105,similar to the rate 2.62/105 which the investigation would be done nationwide in 1988. The result’s analysis on constitution rate, sex, age and the leukemia subtype’s distribution is approximate to nationwide, Shanghai district etc. Conclusions: The samples are large Which can basically reflect the general morbidity of the leukemia in Beihai.更多还原
