【摘要】 目的　探讨成人颈部囊性肿块的发病特点以指导临床诊治。方法　回顾性分析该科近 5年间收治的 88例成人颈部囊性肿块患者 ,将其分为非甲状腺囊肿及甲状腺囊肿两组 ,从发病性别构成及术前确诊率方面进行分组比较。结果　两组患者在性别构成比率及术前确诊率方面有显著性差异。结论　成人非甲状腺囊肿误诊率高 ;治疗宜连同周围组织整块切除以防复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Discussion of adult cervical cystitumour.Methods: By retrospctive analysis 88 of adult cervical cystitumour, divided into the non-thyrophyma group and the thyrophyma group. The relation between sex rate and diagnosis rate of the preoption.Results:there were significant difference in the sex rate and diagnosis rate of the preopercation between two groups.Conclusions:Maldiagnosis rate non-thyroid cumor was high .Corrcct diagnossis and tneatment were meeded accordingly.更多还原
