【摘要】 目的　观察米索前列醇 (米索 )用于预防剖宫产术后出血的效果。方法　选择 82例有发生产后出血高危因素的剖宫产患者 ,随机分成两组 ,各 4 1例 ,米索组为胎儿娩出后吸尽宫腔内羊水立即给予米索前列醇 2 0 0 μg舌下含服 ,药片用生理盐水润湿易于溶解吸收。对照组无特殊处理 ,观察两组患者的产后出血量、产后出血发生率以及米索组使用药物前后的血压变化。结果　术中出血量两组差异无显著性 ,而术后 2h内平均出血量 ,实验组 14 9ml,对照组为 190ml,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。产后 2 4h出血量米索组平均为 390ml,对照组平均为 4 30ml,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　米索促进子宫收缩作用明显 ,能减少剖宫产术后出血。剖宫产术后舌下含服米索是一种简单、安全、有效的预防术后出血的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Purpose To observe the clinical result of misoprostol used for the prevention of bleeding after extrapertonseatsesarean.Method:82 cases who are likely to bleed after the postnatal period are equally divided at statistic random into two groups of 41: the experiment group and the contrast group, the former who keeps 200 μg misoprostal in mouth when the embroyo is given birth and the aminiotic fluid is absorbed from the temple, the medicine slice glues with physiology brine wet apt to fuse theabsoption. The latter is not specially disposed and then we can observe thebleeding deal difference of the two groups during and after the operation.Results:the two groups haverio distinct bleeding deal difference during the operation,but two hours after the operation, the average bleeding deal is distinct (P<0. 05). The experiment group is 149 ml, and the contrast group is 190 ml, 24 hours after the birth, the bleeding deal of experiment value averages 390 ml, and the contrast group averages 430 ml, the difference being great(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Misoprostol has the obvious function of promoting the womb constraction and reduces bleeding after the extrapertonsealsesarean. It is a kind of simple, safe and effective method to prevent bleeding after extrapertonsealsesarean.更多还原
