【摘要】 目的　探讨记忆合金环抱器在治疗掌指骨骨折中的应用价值及适应证。方法　采用镍钛记忆合金环抱器治疗掌骨骨折 9例 ,15处 ,指骨骨折 6例 ;其中粉碎性骨折 4例 ,男 12例 ,女 3例 ,年龄 8～ 5 0岁。结果　 15例随访病例显示 ,骨折愈合良好 ,X线片显示骨折于 6～ 10周愈合 ,骨痂生成较多 ,后期复查示骨痂能较好地塑型。无延迟愈合或不愈合、畸形愈合 ,无取出内固定后再骨折、内固定松动折断等发生 ,无金属过敏及排异反应 ,无骨质疏松 ,掌指关节活动良好。结论　镍钛记忆合金环抱器治疗掌指骨骨折时对不易用钢板和克氏针固定的骨折、多发性骨折及粉碎性骨折具有固定时操作简便、固定切实等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect and indication of the shape memory alloy(SMA) embracing fixator for treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal fracture.Methods: 15 cases with metacarpal and phalangeal fracture were treated with SMA embracing fixator, 9 cases were metacarpal fracture, 6 cases were phalangeal fracture,6 cases were splintered fracture.Results:15 cases of the patients were followed up.All of patients were primary healed in 6～10 weeks. The joint function was excellent.Conclusions: The advantages of SMA embracing fixator were easily operating,shortening the recovery time, less traumatic, stable, and effective to treat metacarpal and phalangeal fracture. It was also a better method for metacarpal and phalangeal fracture when fracture were multiple and splintered. The SMA embracing fixator must be prudently used when the fracture is in the phalanges.更多还原
