急性虹膜睫状体炎患者血浆一氧化氮浓度的测定及意义

【摘要】 目的 探讨一氧化氮 (NO)在虹膜睫状体炎发病中的作用。方法 应用硝酸还原酶法测定 4 2例虹膜睫状体炎患者血浆NO浓度 (其中 12例为强直性脊椎炎者 ) ,以 30例健康志愿者为对照。结果 急性虹膜睫状体炎患者不伴强直性脊椎炎者其血浆NO含量明显增高 (30 5 .3± 2 2 .5 1) μmol/L ,与正常对照组NO浓度 (6 3.2± 11.5 ) μmol/L有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;病情恢复期 ,NO水平明显下降 (6 8.6± 12 .6 ) μmol/L与对照组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,急性期与恢复期NO浓度有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。伴强直性脊椎炎的虹膜睫状体炎患者NO水平为 (32 2 .6± 2 4 .4 7) μmol/L ,与正常对照组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;该组虹膜睫状体炎炎症消退后 ,NO水平仍较高 (2 83.6± 19.2 ) μmol/L ,与正常对照组有显著性差异 ,(P <0 .0 1)。 结论 NO参与了虹膜睫状体炎及强直性脊椎炎的发病 ,提示可通过调节NO的生成 ,从而控制炎症过程 ,为临床治疗虹膜睫状体炎及强直性脊椎炎提供了新思路。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the role of nitric oxide (NO) in pathogenesis of iridocyclitis.Methods:Using nitricacid reductase method, the concentration of NO in serum of 42 patients with iridocyclitis were determined, 12 of them had a known etiology-ankylosing spondylitis, while other’ s etiology was unknown. 30 normal volunteers served as contrast group.Results:Statistically, there was significant difference of NO concentration between the test group without ankylosing spondylitis and the contrast group( P<0.01), while the difference became insignificant when it got recovered(P<0.05);there was significant difference between the ankylosing spondylitis group(both in its acute and convalescence stage) and the contrast group(P<0.01).Conclusions: NO plays an important role in the pathogenesis of iridocyclitis. Through the modulation of NO production, the iridocyclitis may be controlled, which would offer a new approach to treat iridocyclitis and ankylosing spondylitis.
