【摘要】 目的　探讨早期治疗儿童先天性上脸下垂的手术方法。方法　按重睑成形术原则设计重睑线 ,作眼睑和眉弓下切口 ,作一上宽 2cm ,下宽 1.5cm的额肌瓣 ,并将其缝合于睑板上缘处。结果　共治疗儿童先天性上睑下垂 10 8例 (135只眼 ) ,并随访观察 6～ 2 4个月 ,平均 1年 ,133眼一次手术成功 ,双重睑自然美观 ,无畸形。 1眼出现术后出血 ,1眼术后复发再次手术后得到满意效果。结论　该术式简单有效 ,是上睑下垂首选手术 ,手术年龄以 2～ 6岁较适宜。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the method of early surger for cornection of congenital ptosis in children.Methods: Dual eyelid line was designed according to the rule of dual eyelid plastic operation.An ajuvant incision was made under arch.A musculus frontatis flap with upper side 2 cm and low side 1.5 cm was designed.Musculus frontatis flap was sewn to the upper edge of tarsal plate.Results: One hundred and eight cases(135 eyes)have been treated and followed-up 0.5～2 years average 1 years.133 eyes obtained success by the initial operation.The apperance of dual eyelid was natural,pretty and no deformity.One eyes bleeded and one eyes had less effects after operation.They were cured by a further surgery.Conclusions:This operation is simple and very effective.It is the preferential choice operation for ptosis.The suitable age is 2～6 years.更多还原
