【摘要】 目的　评价应用加长Gamma钉治疗股骨多段骨折的临床效果。方法　从 1998年 8月～ 2 0 0 2年 6月采用闭合复位有限切开加长Gamma钉治疗股骨多段骨折 15例。结果　随防 6～ 2 4个月 ,平均 15个月。优10例 ,良 4例 ,差 1例。结论　作者认为股骨颈或粗隆下合并股骨干的复杂骨折 ,加长Gamma钉较为合适 ,手术创伤小 ,操作简单 ,并发症少 ,住院时间短 ,骨折愈合快。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of treatment of the multisegmental fracture of femur with lengthened Gamma nail. Methods:From August 1998 to June 2002, 15 patients were treated with lengthened Gamma nail; closed reduction and limited wound were performed during the operative period. Results:The mean follow-up period was 15 months(range:6～24 months):function is excellent in 10 cases, good in 4, poor in 1.Conclusions: It is indicated for the treatment of the complicated fracture of femoral shaft with necked or subtrochanteric fracture with lengthened Gamma nail; it has the advantages of less trauma,less complications, short hospitalization and rapid bone union.更多还原
