【摘要】 目的　探讨采集外周血造血干细胞两种不同程序对外周血细胞成分的影响及临床疗效。方法　用血细胞分离机中的单个核细胞 (MNC)和自动采集外周血干细胞 (Auto-PBSC)程序采集了 2 9例供、患者外周血干细胞。结果　Auto -PBSC采集程序 ,其外周血中的红细胞、血小板丢失明显低于MNC采集程序 ,对 2例供、受者ABO血型不合的患者未去除红细胞亦未出现溶血反应。结论　Auto -PBSC程序采集外周血造血干细胞能最大限度的减少被采集者红细胞、血小板的丢失 ,对供、受者ABO血型不合者一般不需去除造血干细胞悬液中的红细胞。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the effect on peripheral blood components and the clinical significance of two different programs in PBSC collection. Methods:PBSC of 29 cases was collected by MNC or Auto-PBSC program in COBE Spectra. Results: Peripheral RBC and platelet loss of donor is much lower in Auto-PBSC program than that in MNC. No Hemolytic reaction was found after transfusion in two donor-recipient ABO incompatible cases by Auto-PBSC program.Conclusions: Auto-PBSC program could maximally reduce the loss of peripheral RBC and platelet in donor during PBSC collection, and no RBC depletion was needed before PBSC transfusion in ABO incompatible cases in PBSCT.更多还原
