老年人糖耐量低减者血脂代谢异常的分析
Analysis of lipid metabolism imbalance in aged impaired glucose tolerance
【摘要】 目的 探讨老年人糖耐量低减 (IGT)患者血脂代谢的改变。方法 对 39例老年人IGT患者和 2 3例老年人糖耐量正常 (NGT)分别检测总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白 (HDL -C)、低密度脂蛋白 (LDL -C)、载脂蛋白AI(ApoAI)、载脂蛋白B10 0 (ApoB10 0 )。 结果 与NGT组比较 ,IGT患者TG、IGT患者TG、LDL -C、ApoB10 0显著升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,HDL -C明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且伴总胆固醇有升高趋势及ApoAI有下降的趋势。结论 老年人IGT患者存在血脂代谢紊乱以TG、LDL -C、ApoB10 0升高及HDL -C降低为主 ,是促使动脉粥样硬化的重要危险因素 ,应尽早采取降血脂等干预措施予以纠正。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the changes of serum lipid in the aged impaired glucose tolerance.Methods:39 Case impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) of the senile and 23 normal glucose tolerance (NGT) of the senile were examined for total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C);low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C), Apolipoprotein AI (ApoAI). and Apolipoprotein B 100 (ApoB 100).Results:In IGT group, the levels of TG, LDL-C, ApoB 100 were significantly higher than those of the NGT group (control group) (P<0.01), and the levels of HDL-C were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). To some extent but not statistically, TC was higher, ApoAI was lower than those of the control group.Conclusions:The main Lipid metabolism imbalance in the IGT are the TG, LDL-C, ApoB 100 increase and the HDL-C decrease,which is the important risk factor of the atheroslerosis (AS). The aged impaired glucose tolerance patients should be intervened of hyperlipidemia as early as possible.
