【摘要】 目的　分析金双歧对宫颈癌放射性直肠反应的临床疗效。方法　从 1999年 4月～ 2 0 0 2年 5月对 2 2例宫颈癌放射性直肠反应患者采用金双歧治疗 ,0 .4 /次 ,每日 2次 ,观察临床症状变化 ,并对治疗前后大便常规高倍镜下红白细胞计数进行配对T检验。结果　治疗的总有效率为 77.3% ,治疗前后每日大便次数分别为 (6 .0 5± 3.4 2 )和 (2 .6 4± 1.71) ,大便常规高倍镜下红细胞计数分别为 (11.82± 6 .2 5 )和 (5 .14± 5 .10 ) ,大便常规高倍镜下白细胞计数分别为 (13.36± 6 .5 6 )和 (6 .4 1± 4 .6 8) ,差异均具有显著性P <0 .0 5。结论　金双歧可以明显减轻宫颈癌放射性直肠反应 ,无明显毒副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the treatment effectResults: of Gloden Bifid (consisted of Bifidobaccterium ,Lactobacillus and Streptococous thermophilus)on the radiation rectal reactions in the carcinoma of uterine cervix.Methods:Between April 1999 and May 2002, the clinical effects on twenty-two patients with radiation rectal reaction of the carcinoma of uterine cervix received the Golden Bifid 0.4 Bid for one week were evaluated .Results:The overall effective rate was 77.3%, the stooling times a day were (6.05±3.42) before preatment and (2.64±1.71) after preatment (P<0.05). The RBC/Hp in the stool routine were (11.82±6.25) pretreatment and (5.14± 5.10) posttreatment( P<0.05),the WBC/Hp in the stool routine were (13.36±6.56) pretreatment and (6.41± 4.68) posttreatment(P< 0.05) ,respectively .Conclusions:Gloden Bifid is nontoxic and effective to the radiation rectal reaction in carcinoma of uterine cervix.更多还原
