葡萄球菌对抗生素的耐药性
The Study of the Tolerance of Antibiotics to Staphylococcus
【摘要】 目的 :分析临床分离的葡萄球菌对抗生素的耐药率 ,为临床有效控制葡萄球菌的感染提供参考。方法 :采用 VITEK- 32、GPI鉴定卡及 GPS- 1 0 7药敏卡进行菌种鉴定和药敏实验 ,并以 WHONET 5软件对试验数据进行分析处理。结果 :在 4 2 3株葡萄球菌中 ,共分离出金黄色葡萄球菌 (SA) 95株 (2 2 .5 %) ,凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌 (CNS) 32 8株(77.5 %)。 95株 SA中苯唑西林耐药的金黄色葡萄球菌 (MRSA) 4 6株 ,占 4 8.4 %,CNS32 8株中苯唑西林耐药的凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌 (MRCNS) 2 5 7株 ,占 78.4 %。苯唑西林耐药的葡萄球菌 (MRS)对各种抗生素的耐药率均显著高于苯唑西林敏感的葡萄球菌 (MSS)。但所有葡萄球菌皆对万古霉素敏感。结论 :葡萄球菌是造成医院感染的主要病原菌之一。通过对耐药性监测研究使我们提高对抗生素耐药性问题的认识 ,为抗生素使用和调控提供基础
【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the resistant rates of Staphylococcus isolat ed from clinical infections to antibiotics, and to provide reference method for effe ctive control of staphylococcus infections.Methods:The Staphylococci spp were identified with VITEK-32 automicrobiology system (AMS) and GPI card, and drug resis tance were detected with VITEK-32 AMS and GPS-107 card. Laboratory data was an a lyzed by WHONET-5 statistic software.Results:Among 423 Staphylococci strains isolated from clinical sample,95 strains(22.5%) were Staphylococci aureus (SA) and 328 strains(77.5%) were coagulase negative Staphylococci(CNS). 4 6 strains(48.4%) of SA were MRSA, 328 strains (78.4%) of CNS were MRCNS. MRS resi stant rates was found significantly higher than MSS. But all these Staphylococcu s was sensitive to vancomycin.Conclusion:Staphylococcus was one of the main pat hogens leading to clinical infections. The findings of these surveillance studie s could enhance our knowledge regarding the problem of antimicrobial resistance a nd would serve as a basis for future policies and practice styles.
