【摘要】 目的 :比较采集血小板前后献血者血清甲状旁腺素、钙和磷的变化情况及采集前服用钙尔奇 D对枸橼酸盐中毒的预防作用。方法 :选择有枸橼酸盐中毒症状的献血者 1 0例 ,第 1次采集血小板前不补钙 ,第 2次采集前 4 d开始服用钙尔奇 D6 0 0咀嚼片 ,1片 / d,观察是否出现枸橼酸中毒症状。同时测定两次采集前后血清甲状旁腺素、钙和磷的浓度。结果 :第 1次采集血小板过程中 ,1 0例均出现不同程度的枸橼酸盐中毒症状 ,占 1 0 0 %。而第 2次在采集血小板整个过程中 ,1 0例均未出现枸橼酸盐中毒症状 ,差异显著。两次采集血小板前后 ,1 0例血清甲状旁腺素浓度均明显升高 ,差异显著 (P<0 .0 1和 P<0 .0 5 )。第 1次采集前后血清甲状旁腺素浓度升高比第 2次明显 ,两组间有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :采集血小板过程中 ,采用 ACD- A抗凝剂抗凝时 ,可引起甲状旁腺素浓度的升高。采集前补钙 ,能有效地预防枸橼酸盐中毒。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the levels of serum parathormone, serum calcium and serum phosphorus before and after platelet collection, and to compare the effects of Caltrate D on intoxication of citrate in collecting platelets.Methods:10 of the platelet donors who had the intoxication of citrate were selected.For the first time, all platelet donors selected were not administered Caltrate D 600 before platelet collection. For the second time, all persons were administ ered Caltrate D 1 tablet/day for 4 day before platelet collection. The intoxicat ion of citrate was observed in collecting platelet procedures. The levels of serum parathormone,serum calcium and serum phosphorus were measured before and after platelet collection procedures.Results:In collecting platelet procedures, the statistical difference was found in the intoxication of citrate between the first platelet colletion and the second.A statistical difference was also found in the levels of serum parathormone between before and after platelet collection both at the first time and at the second time(P<0.01 & P<0.05). And a statistical difference was found in the changes of the level of serum parathor mone between the first colletion and the second time( P<0.05).Conclusions:The level of serum parathormone was higher before platelets collection procedures than it after collection. And Caltrate D 1 tablet/day for 4 day before platelets collection was able to take precaution against the intoxication of citrate.更多还原
