【摘要】 目的 :探讨末次给药距取白带标本不同时间间隔对念珠菌性阴道炎复查结果的影响。方法 :采用直接涂片法和真菌培养法分析 195例症状好转、体征消失患者的念珠菌检出率。结果 :直接涂片法阳性率随末次给药距取白带标本时间间隔的延长逐渐下降 ,以 >4 8h下降明显 ,>96 h趋于稳定 ,分别为 5 8.9%、18.5 % (P<0 .0 5 )。各组间两者呈负相关 ,相关系数 r=- 0 .87(P<0 .0 5 )。培养法差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :涂片法复查念珠菌阳性率随取样时间与末次给药时间的延长而逐渐下降 ,>96 h取样结果趋于稳定更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of sampling time on leucorrhea reexamination results of candidal vaginitis patients.Methods:195 cases who had no symptoms and physical signs were examined by method of direct smear and fungus cultivation.Monilia positive rates were compared between different intervals of sampling time.Results:Monilia positive rates detected by direct smear method were getting lower with increasing sampling interval,which were suddenly declined after 48h and kept stable after 96h with positive rate being 58.9% and 18.5%,respectively(P< 0.05) .The two variances showed negetive correlation with correlation coefficient being γ=-0.87(P<0.05). Monilia positive rates detected by fungus cultivation method had no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Monilia positive rate detected by direct smear method were getting lower with increasing sampling time interval obviously .The optimal sampling time should be at least 96 hours after usage of suppository.更多还原
