【摘要】 目的 :研究载脂蛋白 E基因多态性与糖尿病视网膜病变的关系。方法 :选择 14 5例 2型糖尿病患者 (合并或不合并有糖尿病视网膜病变 )及年龄、性别相匹配的 90例正常对照组 ,聚合酶链反应 -限制性片段长度多态性 (PCR-RFL P)方法检测 Apo E基因型。比较各组基因型及等位基因频率分布。结果 :对照组、糖尿病视网膜病变组及糖尿病非视网膜病变组 3组 Apo E基因型及等位基因频率均无显著差异。结论 :Apo E基因多态性与糖尿病发病无关 ,并且与是否并发视网膜病变无关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the the relationships between Apolipoprotein E(ApoE) gene polymorphism and diabetic retinopathy.Methods:145 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus (with or without diabetic retinopathy) and 90 cases of normal controls were collected,and their ApoE genotypes were detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP). ApoE genotypes and alleles frequencies were compared among three groups.Results:There were no diffrencies of ApoE genotypes and alleles frequencies among three groups.Conclusion:ApoE polymorphism had no relationship with type 2 diabetes mellitus, nor with diabetic retinopathy.更多还原
