【摘要】 目的 :探讨 30岁以下青光眼类型、误诊原因及合理的治疗方案。方法 :回顾性分析 15 8例 (195眼 ) 30岁以下青光眼的临床特点、误诊原因及处理。结果 :青光眼类型包括青少年型青光眼 (5 5 .39% )、外伤性 (16 .92 % )、皮质类固醇性 (14 .36 % )、先天性 (7.6 % )等。误诊 19例 2 6眼 (13.85 % )。术前眼压均值 :(4 5 .18± 15 .4 0 ) mm Hg。 15 9眼施行手术治疗 ,采用常规小梁切除术、复合式小梁切除术、青光眼引流物植入术、非穿透性小梁切除联合 SKGEL植入术等。随访 3个月～ 5 a,末次随访眼压 :(14 .4 4± 4 .79) mm Hg,手术成功率 81.32 %。术后并发症有浅前房 ,前房积血等。结论 :对该年龄段各种青光眼应多重视 ,早发现 ,早治疗 ,多随访。各种方式抗青光眼手术仍是治疗青光眼的主要手段 ,尤其是难治性青光眼更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the types,causes of misdiageosis and the methods of treatment of glancoma.Methods:Analyse the clinical data of 158 patients(195 eyes,<30 years) with glaucoma.Result:The results confirmed by pathogeny includes juvenile glaucoma(JG,55.39%),traumatic glaucoma(16.92%),corticosteroid glaucoma(14.36%),congenital glaucoma(7.6%) and so on.The number of misdiagrosis were 19 cases(26 eyes, 13.85%).The mean of introcular tention were (45.18±15.40) mmHg.159 eyes were treated by operation include normal trabeculectomy, complex trabeculectomy,acommodative valva implantation, unpenetrant trabecalectomy combined SKGEL implatation. the mean of intraocalar tension were (14.44±4.79) mmHg after following three months to 5 years.The major complications include shallow anterior chamber and hypertention.The success rate after operation was 81.32%.Couclusion:Early detection and treatment of different typical glaucoma,which must be noticed and observed,are very important to patients.Different typica antiglaucomatous operations are effective in the treatment of gloucoma for patients,especially on obstinate glaucoma.更多还原
