【摘要】 目的 :探讨影响阿尔茨海默病 (AD)病情进展速度的可能原因。方法 :采用简易精神状态量表 (MMSE) ,BL ESSED痴呆量表和操作性日常生活能力量表 (IADL) ,进行神经心理评定 ,计算出年变化率 ,以此判断 AD进展速度 ,观测与之相关的指标。结果 :1有精神症状的患者病情进展更快。 2发病年龄越早 ,进展越快。 3初检时 ,MMSE评分越高 ,进展越快。 4性别、教育程度及初检时病程长短与 AD进展无显著相关性。结论 :精神症状、发病年龄及初检时MMSE评分是影响 AD病情进展速度的可能原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the possible reasons that influences the development of Alzheimer disease (AD).Methods:Mini Mental Status Exam (MMSE), BLESSED Dementia Scale and Activities of Daily Living (IADL) would be employed to evaluate the neurophysiology,to calculate the corresponding annual variation rate,to further estimate the development speed of AD and to observe the related experimental factors.Results:①Patients with spiritual diseases had a faster evolution than those without spiritual diseases.②If the patients with AD were younger, the evolution would be faster.③If the MMSE value of the first diagnosis was higher, the evolution of AD was faster.④Gender, education level and the suffering time of AD on the first diagnosis was little relationship with the development of Alzheimer disease.Conclusions:Spiritual conditions, ages and values of MMSE on the first diagnosis are the possible reasons for the Alzheimer disease.更多还原
