【摘要】 目的 :检测国产单克隆抗 A(B)试剂质量 ,观察对 ABO血型检测的影响。方法 :测定四个厂家单克隆抗 - A(B)试剂效价、亲和力等 ,并检测稀有的 ABO亚型红细胞与单克隆试剂反应情况。结果 :合格的仅有一个厂商的产品 ,但其仍有漏检稀有的 ABO亚型现象 ,另有一家仅在距出产 2个月内合格 ,其它均不合格原因主要为效价、亲和力。结论 :目前临床实验室所用的单克隆抗 - A(B)试剂 ,可能存在一些质量问题 ,应定期测定其效价、亲和力 ,血型鉴定必须用 ABO反定型试验复核。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To examine monoclonal anti-A(B) reagent quality that made in our country, to observe its effect for ABO blood grouping.Methods:To examine titration scores and appetency of monoclonal anti-A(B) reagent produced in four factories and to examine rare ABO subtype red cells reaction with monoclonal anti-A(B) reagent.Result:During period of validity of the reagent,only one monoclonal anti-A(B) reagent is eligible.Whereas it omits to examine rare ABO subtype red cells. The cause of other ineligible regents includeed monoclonal anti-A(B) titration scores and appetency.Conclusions:At present,there is some quality question of monoclonal anti-A(B) regent in clinical laboratories.The clinical laboratory should examine titration scores and appetency of monoclonal anti-A(B) reagent regularly. The blood grouping must been checked by ABO reverse grouping for all pretransfusion patient.更多还原
