玉米抗旱品种的筛选指标研究

【摘要】 培育玉米抗旱杂交种是减小因干旱带来的玉米产量损失的有效途径之一。但多年来对玉米抗旱品种的筛选指标一直没有系统研究。由于抗旱育种和抗旱种质资源鉴定评价有不同目标和要求 ,因而玉米抗旱品种筛选指标和种质资源抗旱性鉴定评价指标也应有所不同。本研究通过对 12 1个玉米杂交种在不同水分条件下的产量进行分析 ,对不同品种筛选指标的特点进行比较 ,认为耐旱指数DTIv[即 (Yd×Yw) /Ymw2 ]是玉米抗旱杂交种筛选的良好指标 ,而从抗旱系数 [即Yd/Yw]发展而来的抗旱指数 [(Yd/Yw)× (Ymw/Ymd) ]是玉米种质资源抗旱性鉴定评价的良好指标。

【Abstract】 The development of maize hybrids with drought tolerance is one of effective approaches to reducing the yield loss caused by drought. However, there have been no systematic studies on screening criteria for drought tolerant maize hybrids for long. According to the specific objectives and requirements of breeding and germplasm evaluation for drought tolerance, it was proposed in this study that the criteria for breeding and germplasm evaluation could be different. After grain yields of 121 maize hybrids under different water regimes were analyzed and the features of different screening criteria were compared, it was found that for screening hybrids with drought tolerance and high yield potential, drought tolerance index for varieties (DTIv=Yd×Yw)/Ymw2) is a good alternative, and for germplasm evaluation for drought tolerance, drought tolerance index for germplasm [(Yd/Yw)×(Ymw/Ymd)]which is derived from the coefficient of drought tolerance (Cd=Yd/Yw) is a good choice.
