【Abstract】 The preservative containing CCC could increase activities of superoxide simulate(SOD), catalase(CAT) and peroxidase(POD), decrease decomposition rate of protein, reduce the accumulation of proline andloss of water, at the same time decline the malondialdehyde (MDA) content and production rate of O2_ , thus thestability of membrane in petals of gerbera during vase-holding cut flower was better.
