【摘要】 目的 :通过调查医务人员对艾滋病防治知识的掌握情况 ,以便对医务人员防治艾滋病的培训提供科学依据。方法 :对浙江省 1 7个市县不同级别医院近千名医务人员采取随机问卷调查。结果 :调查结果显示大多数医务人员对艾滋病的防治知识有较好的了解 ,但对一些基本知识 ,还存在一些欠缺。不同地区、不同医院、及同一医院不同科室人员对艾滋病的防治知识的掌握程度和态度不一致。结论 :对非艾滋病诊疗医院及较低级别的医院的医务人员有待进一步提高艾滋病防治的认识 ,进行分专业、分期分批、有目的培训的必要。更多还原

【Abstract】 To provide scientific basis for the training of prevention and treatment of AIDS by investigating medical workers’ knowledge about prevention and treatment of AIDS. Almost one thousand medical workers in different ranks of hospitals in 17 counties and cities of Zhejiang province were selected and investigated by random questionnaire. The result shows that the most medical workers know the prevention and treatment of AIDS well, but they know little basic knowledge. The members of different districts, hospitals or departments in the same hospital have different attitudes and controlling levels of prevention and treatment of AIDS. So, it is necessary to improve the knowledge of the medical workers in the hospitals, which are inferior or not special for diagnosing and treating AIDS, train them according to specialties, stages and purposes.
