【Abstract】 The authors describe the preparation and implementation of assessment of hospital performance and efficiency that are selecting assessment methods, determining an assessment index system and criterion and identifying assessment persons. They also give assessment results and analyze the results. The practical experiences are summarized as follows: (1) leaders pay attention to fostering and management of middle-level cadres and giving them power moderately; (2) renewing the conception of using personnel; (3) determining the status of the assessment; (4) reinforcing assessment is a key to ensure directors of departments to finish their work with high quality and efficiency; (5) assessment system should be an open system; and (6) respecting the assessment results and giving corresponding rewards and moral incentive.更多还原
