【摘要】 〔目的〕对降脂减肥胶囊保健食品的动物降脂减肥功能进行评价。〔方法〕采用预防性实验方法进行动物实验。〔结果〕本样品各剂量组动物血清总胆固醇 (TC)及甘油三酯 (TG)均低于高脂肥胖对照组 ,低、中、高各剂量组TC下降程度分别为 33.9%、4 1.3%、4 5 .5 % ,TG下降程度分别为 2 6 .6 %、2 8.8%、2 8.8%。同时中、高剂量组动物体重增重低于高脂对照组 ,具高度显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。同时喂饲高脂营养饲料的各剂量组动物体脂湿重及体脂比均低于高脂肥胖对照组 ,经统计学检验 ,中、高剂量组的动物体脂湿重及体脂比与高脂肥胖对照组比较差异具有显著性或高度显著性 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。〔结论〕降脂减肥胶囊对大鼠具有降血脂和减肥作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 睴bjective〕To evaluate the effects of the Jiangzhijianfei capsule of anti-obesity and decreaing the serum lipid.〔Methods〕 we used the preventive methods test of rats to observe the effects of the capsule.〔Results〕As compared with the model control,all dose groups was lowered in the levels of blood total cholesterol(TC)、triglyceride(TG),TC was respectively lowered 33.9%、41.3%、 45.5% ,TG was respectively lowered 26.6%、28.8%、28.8%. At the dose of 266.3mg/kgBW, 1600mg/kgBW, body wet weight and body fat rat of the test groups were lowered than the model control group. And there was significantly difference( P<0.01 or P <0.05).〔Conclusions〕 the capsule have the effects of anti-obesity and decrease the serum lipid.更多还原
