大肠杆菌O157∶H7的分离鉴定及应用复合PCR法同时检测其三个毒力因子
Isolation and identification of E coli O157∶H7 and simultaneous detection of its 3 toxin genes with multiplex PCR
【摘要】 〔目的〕对驻滇部队感染性腹泻患者、猪和污水进行大肠杆菌O157∶H7(EO157∶H7)的分离鉴定。〔方法〕用O157免疫磁珠富集后 ,接种S -MAC琼脂平板培养 ,用MUG试验初筛 ,VIATEK3 2 全自动微生物鉴定仪鉴定 ,应用复合PCR法同时检测其三个毒力因子。〔结果〕从腹泻患者和猪中检出EcoliO157∶H7,该菌具有三个毒办因子。〔结论〕云南战区部队存在EcoliO157∶H7感染。复合PCR法的建立 ,为腹泻研究领域的病原学监测和流行病学调查提供了新手段
【Abstract】 〔Objective〕 To isolate and identify E coli O157:H7 in sufferers of diarrhea,pigs and sewage in the army in Yunnan Province.〔Methods〕 E coli O 157 ∶H 7 enriched by immune magnetic beads was inoculated into S-MAC plate,filtrated by MMG test and identified by KITEK 32 microorganism automatic identifier.Meanwhile,3 kinds of its toxin genes were simultaneously detected by multiplex PCR. 〔Results〕 E coli O 157 ∶H 7 containing the 3 kinds of toxin genes were detected in diarrhea sufferers and pigs.〔Conclusions〕 Infection of E coli O 157 ∶H 7 exists in the army in Yunnan Province.The multiplex PCR is a new means for detection and epidemiological investigation of diarrhea pathogens.
