微波消解-基体改进GFAAS法测定螺旋藻中铅
Determination of lead in spirulina powder by microwave dissolution and GFAAS
【摘要】 〔目的〕本文针对螺旋藻中矿物质含量高基体干扰大的情况 ,建立一种简便、可靠的螺旋藻中铅的石墨炉原子吸收测定方法。〔方法〕螺旋藻经HNO3 +H2 O2 微波消解体系消解后 ,采用氯化钯和磷酸二氢铵作混合基体改进剂 ,将灰化温度提高 ,消除基体干扰测定螺旋藻中铅。〔结果〕铅含量在 0 .0 0~ 80 .0 μg/L范围内呈线性关系 ,线性相关系数大于0 .995 0 ,本法检出限为 3 .5 μg/L ,方法RSD为 2 .3 %~ 3 .0 % ,标准加入回收率在 90 .2 %~ 97.0 %之间。〔结论〕该方法进一步实现了螺旋藻中铅测定的快速化、准确化 ,具有较高的实用性 ,便于推广运用。
【Abstract】 〔Objective〕 To determine the lead in spirulina powder by microwave dissolution and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy.cMethods〕 The samples were digested by closed-vessel microwave HNO 3+H 2O 2 dissolution system.PdCl 2-NH 4H 2PO 4 was used as the matrix modifier,ashing temperature improved and background absorbs and ashing loss improved for the method.〔Results〕 The range of calibration curve was 0.00~-80.0 mg/L and the correlation coefficient was over 0.9950.The detection limit was 3.5 mg/L,precison 2.3%~3.0% and recovery of spiked samples 90.2%~97.0%.〔Conclusions〕 This method is simple,rapid and convenient and the analytical data meet the demands of accuracy and precision.
