【摘要】 本文利用气相色谱 质谱 (GC MS)联用技术定性分析了中毒样品中四种生物碱 -莨菪碱、钩吻碱、士的宁、马钱子碱。采取调节溶液pH至 8～ 9,用氯仿进行液 -液提取 ,用气相色谱 质谱检测器进行分析。四种生物碱的最低进样量为 1.3～ 5 0ng。结果表明 ,该方法可用于中毒样品中生物碱的快速分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 After pH value was adjusted to 8～9,4 alkaloids including hyoscyamine,gelsemine,strychnine and brucine in poisoning samples were determined by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS).The detection limit was 1.3～50ng.The results show that the method is simple,rapid and accurate.更多还原
