石墨炉原子吸收法测定铅笔涂漆层中可溶性铅
Determination of dissoluble lead in pencil coating with GFAAS
【摘要】 〔目的〕建立一个准确简便的测定铅笔涂层中可溶性铅含量的方法。〔方法〕在国标方法的基础上 ,采用横向加热平台塞曼效应扣背景石墨炉原子吸收法 ,以氯化钯 -硝酸镁作基体改进剂 ,将灰化温度提高到 110 0℃ ,测定铅笔涂层中可溶性铅含量。〔结果〕该法降低了背景吸收干扰和灰化损失 ,提高了灵敏度、改善了精密度。方法检出限为3 3pg ,回收率为 95 %-10 5 %。〔结论〕该法准确可靠 ,具有一定实用价值。
【Abstract】 Objective To establish an accurate and convenient method for determination of dissoluble lead in pencil coating.〔Methods〕 Using PdCl 2-Mg(NO 3) 2 as the matrix modifier,GHGA L’VOV platform GFAAS with zeeman effect was applied for determining dissoluble lead in pencil coating through promoting the ashing temperature to 1100℃.〔Results〕 The background absorption and ashing loss were reduced while the sensitivity and precision improved by the method.The QL of the determination was 33pg and the recovery rate was 90%-95%.〔Conclusions〕This method is featured by easy operation and higher precision,accuracy and sensitivity.
