【Abstract】 In this study,the method of 32P post-labeling was introduced to detect 8-Hydroxy-2"-deoxygusmine (8-OHdG).The procedure included digestion of DNA,labeling,chromatographic analysis and autoradiography.The method was employed to determine contents of 8-OHdG in various tissues in healthy mice.更多还原
