【摘要】 目的总结35岁以下胃癌患者的临床特点。方法对380例35岁以下胃癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组病例占同时期胃癌患者的3.4%。病理分类中以弥漫型胃癌多见(65.8%);肿瘤的TNM分期中Ⅳ期病例占53.7%,进展期胃癌占94.7%(360/380);手术切除率68.2%,根治切除率32.4%,姑息手术率35.8%。只有20例(7.2%)生存超过6年。预后因素分析表明,肿瘤位置、肿瘤病理分期、肿瘤的浸润/转移以及是否行根治术是影响预后的主要因素。结论35岁以下胃癌患者以弥漫型、进展期癌占多数,手术切除率低,预后差。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the characteristics of gastric cancer patients under 35 years of age. Methods Clinical data of 380 gastric cancer patients under 35 years of age were analyzed retrospectively. Results 380 gastric cancer patients under 35 years of age accounted for 3.4%of all gastric cancer patients during the same period. Diffuse type was the most common type which accounted for 65.8%of the all cases. 53.7%of the cases had TNM Ⅳstage,and 94.7%had advanced stage cancer. The resection rate was 68.2%with a curative resection rate of 32.4%,non curative resection rate 35.8%. Only 20(7.2%) patients survived more than 6 years. Tumor location,pathology stage,tumor invasion,metastasis and curative operation were prognostic factors. Conclusions Diffuse type and advanced stage were most common in the gastric cancer patients under 35 years of age. The resection rate is low and prognosis is poor.更多还原
