【摘要】 城市化的根本动力在于就业人口能否实现由第一产业向第二、三产业的转换,其中转换的快慢是影响城市化进程的重要因素。通过考察1980～2002年山东省就业结构转换过程与城市化进程的相关关系发现,就业人口在三次产业之间的转换对山东省城市化进程具有一定的阻碍作用,并且具有明显的空间差异。第三产业吸纳就业人口的能力对促进城市化进程是一种不可替代的重要力量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The basic dynamics of urbanization lay in the transition of labor from primitive industry to second and third industry.The rate of the transition was one vital factor affecting the progress of urbanization.The function of the transition was hinder more than acceleration and the disparity of the function was very obvious in 17 cities of Shandong Province because mechanism of labor transition was different.The third industry was the most important power to the urbanization because of the high labor accommodation.更多还原
