纳米无铅PTC陶瓷粉体的低温合成

【摘要】 本实验重点研究了纳米无铅PTC陶瓷粉体的低温合成。主要包括柠檬酸盐sol-gel法制备BaTiO3基干凝胶、干凝胶的600℃煅烧和施主杂质以及助烧剂的添加等过程。利用TG-DTA、XRD、FAM、SEM、TEM对制备过程、相组成、颗粒粒径分布和颗粒形貌进行了分析。同时,对pH值和水含量对干凝胶的形成影响也进行了讨论。实验结果表明:利用柠檬酸盐溶胶凝胶法可以合成颗粒粒径在30~70纳米的无铅PTC陶瓷粉体。

【Abstract】 The synthesis of nanocrystallite powder of lead-free PTC composites was studied in this paper. The procedure of this nanocrystallite composites included mainly three steps: synthesis of gel-type solid of BaTiO3 base by citrate sol-gel method, the calcination of gel-type solid at 600℃ and the addition of the donor and AST+BN et al. The procedure of synthesis, phase analysis, particle size distribution and the particle morphology were analysized by TG-TDA, XRD, FAM, SEM, TEM. The effecting factors of pH and the content of water were also discussed. The results showed that the lead-free PTC composites which had the size distribution of 30~70nm could be prepared by citrate sol-gel method.
