【Abstract】 With the development of industry, communication and transportation business, the kind of the noise is getting more and more, stronger and stronger, nearly no urbanite is free from the harm by the noise. According to the incomplete statistics,in the charge of pollution accidents to the environmental protection department in recent years, the percentage accounted for the noise incident has already risen to the first.
