复杂腔体扩张室消声器消声性能数值计算
The Numerical Analysis of Transmission loss form the Muffler with Expanse Chamber which Have Complex Shape
【摘要】 通常有限元手工编程难以对结构形状复杂的客体进行相应的数值计算。消声器形状复杂,不利于手工编程,故采用有限元软件ANSYS和声学软件SYSNOISE对该消声器的消声性能进行数值分析。利用ANSYS为消声器建模和分网,并储存分网信息。然后,SYSNOISE软件调入数据,用SYSNOISE计算消声器的传递损失。
【Abstract】 In general,it is very difficulty to carry out the corresponding numerical analysis of the object by manual programming which have complex shape.In the present paper,the object is muffler,its shape is complex,and programming is not easy.Therefore the numerical analysis of the capability of noise elimination from the muffler with expanse chamber has been carried out by using FEM software ANSYS and Acoustic software SYSNOISE,Modeling and Meshing by ANSYS,and storing the information of meshing.It is following to import these data in Acoustic software SYSNOISE,and calculating the transmission loss of the muffler by using SYSNOISE.
