氯化镉对大鼠肾上腺嗜铬瘤细胞PC12增殖与分化的影响

【摘要】 目的研究不同浓度氯化镉对鼠肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤细胞(PC12)增值和神经生长因子(NGF)诱导下PC12细胞分化的影响。方法①采用MTT比色微量分析,观察不同浓度的氯化镉对PC12细胞增值影响。②采用形态学方法,观察不同浓度的氯化镉对NGF诱导的PC12细胞分化的影响。结果不同浓度的镉对PC12细胞的增值有明显的抑制作用,存在剂量效应关系。不同浓度的氯化镉、不同作用时间对NGF诱导的PC12细胞分化无明显影响。结论氯化镉对PC12细胞的增值有抑制作用,而对NGF诱导的PC12细胞的分化无显著的影响。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of cadmium chloride on the proliferation of PC12 and the differentiation of PC12 induced by NGF. Methods MTT colorimetry methods were employed to investigate the effects of cadmium chloride on effects of cadmium chloride on the proliferation of PC12 and the differentiation of PC12 induced by NGF. Results Different concentration cadmium posed significant inhibition on the proliferation of PC12. There is no significant effects of different concentration cadmium chloride on the differentiation of PC12. Conclusion Cadmium chloride can significantly repressed the proliferation of PC12 and exerted no influence on the differentiation of PC12.
