【摘要】 目的探讨癌基因Cmyc在大肠癌中的表达及临床意义。方法用免疫组织化学方法检测18例大肠癌组织及10例正常结肠粘膜组织中癌基因Cmyc的表达情况,并分析其与相关临床病理因素的关系。结果癌基因Cmyc蛋白表达阳性率在大肠癌组显著高于正常大肠粘膜组织。结论癌基因Cmyc蛋白在大肠癌组织中高度表达,但表达程度与癌症病理分级不相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical significance of expression of C-myc genes in colorectal cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical SP technic was used to determined the expression of C-myc in 18 casesolorectal camcer, 10 cases normal colorectal tissues. Results The positive rate of C-myc in olorectal camcerwas significantly higher than in normal normal colorectal tissues. Conclusion the expression of oncogenes in colorectal cancer tissue was high.更多还原
