大肠杆菌类脂A及抗类脂A抗体的制备及鉴定

【摘要】 目的 比较不同剂量抗原、不同免疫途径类脂A抗体的产生。方法 应用水解法制备出大肠杆菌的类脂A作为抗原 ,分别进行皮下免疫和静脉注射免疫。结果 两种免疫方法所获得的抗血清效价相同 ,静脉免疫途径获得抗体历程时间短 ,抗原制备相对简单。结论 就获得同等效价抗类脂A抗体的方法而言 ,静脉免疫途径较皮下免疫途径简易、快速

【Abstract】 Objective By comparison, the different antigen dose acted with the different immunization schemes, giving rise to the production of anti-lipidA antibodies. Methods The lipid A of Enterobacteriaceae which was obtained with hydrolysis technique became antigen. The subcutaneous immunization and the intravenous immunization were received by rabbits.Results Anti-lipid A sera titers were equal by acting two immunization schemes. The intravenous immunization saved time during obtaining antibodies. The preparation of antigens was simple relatively. Conclusion As for as the ways of anti-lipid A-antibodies which were acquired were concerned, the intravenous immunization was more convenient than the subcutaneous immunization.
