【摘要】 目的　探讨CEA及TGA 72联合检测对大肠癌早期诊断的临床意义。方法　采用ELISA方法检测了 36例大肠癌患者 ,17例非恶性胃肠道疾病患者及 5 0例健康人粪便中CEA和TAG 72的含量。结果　正常人及非恶性胃肠道疾病患者粪便中可含有少量癌相关抗原 ,且两者之间无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。大肠癌患者CEA和TAG 72含量均高于健康人及非恶性胃肠道疾病患者 ,差异显著 (P <0 0 1)。CEA、TAG 72联合检测大肠癌敏感度 80 11% ,特异度70 5 9% ,准确度 81 13% ,假阳性率 2 9 4 1% ,假阴性率 13 8%。结论　粪便中CEA和TAG 72联合检测有助于大肠癌的早期诊断 ,并可增加敏感性和特异性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of combined detection of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) and tumor associated glycoprotein 72(TAG-72) in feces in diagnosis of large intestine cancer. Methods Detecting tumor marker CEA and TAG-72 in feces of 103 samples by ELISA,including 36 patients with large intestinal cancer,17 patients with benign intestine lesion and 50 health persons. Results A little tumor associated glycoprotein were detected in the feces of the patients suffering from benign intestine lesion and the healthy persons,and non-distinct differences(P>0.05).The content of CEA and TAG-72 in these cancer patients were higher than in patients suffering from benign intestine lesion and the healthy persons with significant diffenrence(P<0.01). For the combined detection of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) and tumor associated glycoprotein 72(TAG-72) in large intestine cancer, sensitivity was 80.11%, specificity was 70.59%, accuracy was 81.13%. Conclusion The combined detection of CEA and TAG-72 is helpful to early diagnosis of large intestinal cancer and could increase the sensitivity and specificity in diagnosing large intestinal cancer.更多还原
