【摘要】 本文对洛克沙胂在鲫鱼体内的砷残留及消除动力学进行了研究 ,鲫鱼在室内水池洛克沙胂溶液 10 mg/ L(以 As计 )中连续暴露 15天进行富集残留试验后转入清水中进行消除试验。采用微波消解处理和氢化物 -原子荧光光度法测定鱼鳃、肌肉、血清和内脏中总砷含量。结果表明 ,砷在鱼体内的表现为吸收和分布较快 ,肌肉和血清中总砷水平仅为 0 .3～ 0 .4 mg/ kg,内脏中残留最高达 30 .2 5 mg/ kg。洛克沙胂在鲫鱼组织中消除符合一级速率动力学过程 ,消除半衰期 (t1 / 2 )为 2 .5～ 2 .8h,鱼鳃中砷浓度在初始 2 h内下降快 ,此后消除较慢 ,t1 / 2 为 9.4 5 h。更多还原

【Abstract】 Carassius auratus were exposed to water containing roxarsone (As 10 mg/ L ) for 15 days and then transfered to fresh water withoutroxarsone for the eliminating test. The behaviour of roxarsone showed a rapid absorption and distribution in Cara.The As concentration in gill,muscle,serum and guts reached the highest steady state level quickly.Total As level in muscle was only0 .3～ 0 .4 mg/ kg,less than the maximum residue limit (MRL ,aquatic product,≤ 0 .5 mg/ kg) . The residue of As in gut reached to 30 .2 5 mg/ kg. Roxarsone in muscle,serum and internal organs were eliminated rapidly with first- order rate kinetic process.The half time of elimination(t1/ 2 ) were2 .5～ 2 .8h.With initial2 h the As in gill decreased rapidly from3.4 2 mg/ kg to0 .30 mg/ kg,and then eliminated slowly and the t1/ 2 was9.4 5 h.更多还原
