广东鸡致病性大肠杆菌对氟喹诺酮类药物的敏感性分析

【摘要】 以广东省21个地级市为单位,从鸡场病死鸡分离细菌,选取经生化和动物试验证明的鸡致病性大肠杆菌共115株,采用药敏纸片法测定其对氟喹诺酮类药物的敏感性。结果显示,72.2%的试验菌对氟喹诺酮类药物产生抗药性;氟喹诺酮类药物之间交叉耐药严重,恩诺沙星与氟罗沙星交叉耐药率高达99%。

【Abstract】 Specimens were collected from sick or dead chickens from 21 cities in Guangdong province. 115 (suspected) strains were purified and then identified by biochemical test as E. coli which was lethal to chickens by animal challenging test. The experimental results of the disk diffusion test indicated that 72.2% of tested bacteria presented resistance to the fluoroquinolones including norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, ofloxacin, flero-(xacin) and enrofloxacin. There was a serious cross-resistance among the fluoroquinolone drugs. The cross-resistence rate was 99% between enrofloxacin and fleroxacin.
