【Abstract】 Challenge testing were taken by three ways of intramuscular injection, intradermal injection into the heel bulbs of one foot or into the space of two toes with 10 000 TCID₅₀ of OR/80F₁₃ cell virus. The results showed that three ways could not make the pigs appear orderliness representative FMD infectious disease symptoms and pathological changes. Another challenge testing were taken by the same three ways with 10 000 LD₅₀ of OR/80F₈ （ORMF₈） organnismic virus.
