【摘要】 建立了用HPLC测定黄芩苷-β 环糊精包合物中黄芩苷含量的方法。色谱柱为CLC-ODSC18柱,以甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0.2)为流动相,检测波长280nm,外标法定量。检测的线性范围为20.0～80.0μg/mL,回归方程为y=9753.1x+1546,r=0.9993(n=5),平均加样回收率为99.37%(n=5),RSD为0.67%(n=6)。本方法准确、可靠、重现性好,可作为黄芩苷-β 环糊精包合物中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 A HPLC method for determination of baicalin’s content in baicalin-β-cyclodextrin（baicalin-β-CD）was described. The inclusion was detecied with CLC-ODS C₁₈ column and methanol-water-phosphoicacid（47∶53∶0.2） as the mobile at 280 nm. The baicalin in samples were quantified by method of external standard. The calibration curve was linear in a range of 20.0～80.0 μg/mL for baicalin, the （regression） equation was y=9 753.1 x+（1 546,） r=0.999 3（（n=5））. The average recovery was 99.37%（n=5） and the RSD was 0.30%（n=6）. The method is reliable and reproducible. It may be used for the determination of baicalin in inclusion compound of （baicalin）-β-cyclodextrin.更多还原
