卵巢运输温度对猪卵母细胞体外受精和发育的影响

【摘要】 研究发现 ,在猪卵巢卵母细胞的体外受精和体外发育过程中 ,卵巢的运输温度对其有着重要的影响。当运输温度接近室温 (2 7± 2 )℃时 ,体外受精平均卵裂率为 5 3.0 % ,而运输温度接近体温 (36± 2 )℃时 ,平均卵裂率为 39.1% ,2组之间具有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。但 2组的囊胚形成率无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,分别为 7.3%和 6 .9%。当温度降为(2 0± 2 )℃时 ,平均卵裂率下降到 32 .4 % ,与室温运输具有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,而与体温运输差异不显著 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,囊胚形成率 (4 .4 % )低于以上 2组 ,但统计学上无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。

【Abstract】 This experiment found that the transport temperature of ovaries had an important effects on fertilization and development in vitro of porcine oocytes. The results showed when the transport temperature was close to room temperature (27±2)℃,the cleavage rate after fertilization was 53.0% and significantly higher than that (39.1%)of the temperature(36±2)℃close to body temperature(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference on the rates of blastocytes formation between them(P>0.05).They were 7.3% and 6.9%, respectively. When the temperature was down to (20±2)℃,the average cleavage rate decreased to 32.4%, which significantly differed from that of (27±2)℃(P<0.01),but the rate was not different from that of (36±2)℃(P>05).The rate of blastocytes formation of (20±2)℃ was 4.4% and lower than those of above two groups ,however there was no significant difference among them(P>0.05).
