【摘要】 利用随机扩增多态 DNA(random am plified polym orphic DNA,RAPD)技术研究了 RAPD标记与波尔山羊体质量的相关性 ,并利用 Jointmap和 Genemap程序构建了 RAPD分子标记遗传连锁图谱。结果表明 ,RAPD标记OPP0 6 2、OPQ0 6 1、OPO113、OPO0 2 1、OPO0 71、OPQ0 6 2、OPQ0 6 5、OPP0 4 3和 OPP0 6 3与各年龄阶段体质量有显著 (P<0 .0 5 )或极显著 (P<0 .0 1)相关。构建了 11个 RAPD分子标记遗传连锁图谱和 1个表型标记连锁图谱 ,标记OPO0 71、OPO0 2 1、OPP0 6 2和 OPQ0 6 5分别座落于第 3、4、5、10连锁群中更多还原

【Abstract】 The correlation between RAPD markers and body weight of Boer goat at different ages was studied,and the genetic linkage maps of markers were also constructed using the program of Jointmap and Genemap.The results indicated that there is significant correlation between body weight and RAPD markers,OPP062,OPQ061,OPO113,OPO021,OPO071,OPQ062,OPQ065,OPP043 and OPP063.Eleven molecular linkage maps and one phenotypic linkage map were constructed.RAPD markers,OPO071,OPO021,OPP062 and OPQ065 were located on the third,fourth,fifth and tenth linkage map,respectively.更多还原
