【摘要】 [目的]了解综合医院心理咨询门诊咨客的复诊情况。[方法]总结中山大学附属第三医院心理咨询门诊1999年-2001年新增咨客的资料。[结果]复诊率为46.59％,精神分裂症和其他精神病性障碍咨客的复诊率(59.00％)最高。30-49岁咨客复诊率较高,<10岁和≥70岁咨客的复诊率较低。不同婚姻状况、职业、文化程度、居住地和病种的咨客的复诊率不同。文化程度是影响复诊的主要因素。[结论]针对咨客的社会文化背景采用个别化的心理治疗,并适当配合药物治疗,可能能提高咨客的复诊率。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To study the status of return visit of the clients of psychological counseling in general hospital. [Method] All data of return visits of the new clients of psychological counseling in the Third Affiliated Hospital of SUN Yat-sen University during 1999 to 2001 were collected and analyzed. [Results] The rate of return visit was 46. 59%. The rate of return visits of clients with schizophrenia and others psychotic disorder (59. 00% ) was the highest. The rates of return visit of the 30-49-year-old clients were high, the aged < 10 years or≥70 years were lower. The rates of return visits were different among clients with different marriage status, vocation, education level, resident locality and diseases. The education level was the main affective factor of return visits. [Conclusion] Individualized psychotherapy aiming directly at Socio-cultural background of clients and in combination with proper drug treatment may increase the rate of return visits of clients.更多还原
