【Abstract】 The extraction methods of polysaccharide from Agrocybe chaxingu Huang mycelia were studied by orthogonal experiments.The optimal extracting conditionos for hot water extraction、enzymolysis、microwave-assised extraction methods were confirmed.Four extracting methods were compared.The results showed that the extraction effect of microwave-assised extraction method was best.The content of polysaccharede in extracted liquid was 23.36%.更多还原
