【摘要】 在PDA培养基中添加不同浓度的硫酸亚铁 ,分析研究双孢蘑菇和黄背木耳菌丝生长的最佳铁生长浓度。结果发现 :两供试菌株对铁营养的需求不同 ,10 0 0×10 -6硫酸亚铁明显促进双孢蘑菇菌丝生长发育 ,而 6 0 0×10 -6硫酸亚铁则是促进黄背木耳菌丝生长发育的最佳铁营养条件更多还原

【Abstract】 In this experiment,we added FeSO₄ to the PDA substratum in different concentration which was used to cultivate given stranis and studied of that each strain react to various concentration.The results showed that different edible fungi varied in iron for the growth and development.The suitable concentration of iron for the growth and development of Auricularia polyticha was 600×10^-6,while ferrous sulphate concentration of （1 000）×10^-6 daccelerated obviously the growth and development of Agaricus bisporus.更多还原
